Products are always good quality and excellent prices but you have to be patient. Delivery times are very lengthy. Epic is upfront when you order about how long the delivery takes so it is not a surprise but it is much longer than other similar companies.
Please make it possible to return to shopping after placing an order. Currently, you have to search the product and hope you return to the related options.

Everything was delivered and just as ordered! Shipping a little longer than expected but still great deals!
They don't tell you this but if you don't answer the phone within the allotted time of delivery they return the item WITHOUT contacting you via email and then bill you for the return an ridiculous shipping rate. They even admitted fault and refunded me some of my shipping for returning but I'm going after all the cost plus legal fees. ALSO they censor their reviews. Notice you can't leave a review on their site directly. Hmmmm
I received my order pretty fast and the quality was great for the most part.
Got my stuff. Got uniforms for my team. The one day shipping fees can be high but it all worked out
We ordered some high school baseball uniforms, And when we got them they were the worst uniforms i have ever seen... Lettering was horrible, looked like Stevie Wonder did them... Called customer service and the were not helpful at all... And it seems like you are bothering them when you try and tell them something, Got hold of a guy named ROBE, you cant make up a name like that, he is unprofessional, rude, and he has the the attitude Epic sports has, WE DONT CARE... I have played pro ball and have never seen customer service this bad, ever... Go to baseball savings, they are Friendly, great prices, and better quality for half the price, Letting is good and they will send you the right stuff, And customer service cares, As epic clearly doesn't... I will write a review to all websites to not use epic... And it happens every time with them... This is my second experience with them, the 1st time was also horrible, but thought they were having a bad day, so thought i would give them another chance, poor choice on my part... The uniforms came late, not all together and in different quantities and the kids didn't get to wear the uniforms for the first 2 games... Again if you want to make poor choices and have horrible customer service and people that don' t give a $#*!, Then Epic Sports is for you, Otherwise try Baseball Savings and you will get better quality and quantity for have the price, and the best part is they care and there is no brain damage...
The quality of clothing was not what I expected based on description and photos.

Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!

If you want to have a very poor buyer experience then i recommend epic sports
